The Frascati Scienza initiative "BE a citizen scientist" (BEES) also in UCBM the 28 September
L'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma adheres to the European Researchers' Night by organizing, in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, the "Ucbm Open Night: researchers are made", a series of events aimed at high school students.
The activities start at 16.30 with visits to the laboratories of PRABB, the Advanced Research Center in Biomedicine and Bioengineering: students will be able to access the spaces where studies and research are born in the Departmental Faculties of Engineering and Medicine and Surgery, having the possibility speak directly with researchers and teachers.
Starting at 19.00, a scientific aperitif and a round table will put high school students in contact with young Ucbm scientists. The appointment will allow to disclose the direct experiences of recent graduates, doctoral students, postdocs, research fellows and researchers. The event will be an opportunity to present the girls protagonists of the Coding Girls project, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, aimed at enhancing female talent in scientific subjects.
