All face-to-face lessons have been suspended
12 March, 2021 - Dear students,
We take note of a significant deterioration in the national and also regional epidemiological situation. As known, the new pandemic containment regulations will come into force on Monday.
Lazio will go from the yellow zone to the red zone given the worsening of the Rt index; confirmations arrived a little while ago from the President of the Lazio Region Nicola Zingaretti himself.
As reported by ANSA, President Zingaretti announced the red zone as follows: “Even from Monday our Region will be called to respect the rules of the red zone rightly”.
In light of that ofchiaration and according to the indications shared in a meeting of the Regional Coordination Committee of the Universities of Lazio, the rules of conduct and access to the University from next Monday 15 March 2021 are the following:
the training and curricular activities will take place remotely;
exams and graduation sessions will be carried out remotely;
laboratory activities, exercises, professional internships and experiential activities can take place in presence in compliance with the guidelines of the MUR referred to in all. 18 of the DPCM of 14/02/2021;
the structures will remain open, allowing access to teachers and providing for a plan to guarantee services in compliance with the anti-covid regulations in force.
Therefore, until further notice, all face-to-face lessons are suspended for all courses and degree years, and lessons will be entirely delivered remotely.
In any case, in-person internships, simulation, exercise, laboratory and thesis activities remain confirmed and the catering service is guaranteed for authorized students only.
We share with you all the hope that this further closure combined with the acceleration in the administration of vaccines will soon lead to a new normality that we all hope for.
Sincerely.
