CLOTILDIA - CLOpidogrel versus TIcagreLor for antiplatelet maintenance in DIAbetic patients
Project objectivesThe aim of the CLOTILDIA study is to compare the efficacy of treatment with high-dose clopidogrel (150 mg/day) and treatment with ticagrelor (90 mg bid) on the degree of inhibition of platelet reactivity and in the prevention of medium-term ischemic events in patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing coronary angioplasty. |
