We inform you that on 28/10/16 at 10.30 at the University headquarters, building PRABB room CIR EST level 1, the envelope containing the documentation provided by the competitor NIKON will be opened, in relation to the preliminary rescue procedure activated.

Opening of application forms
On 03/10/2016 the packages received at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma containing the participation applications and related documentation for the assignment of the supply, installation and guarantee (minimum 24 months) of research equipment for the PRABB (Advanced Research Centre in Bio-Medicine and Bio-Engineering) of theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and in particular of a confocal microscope compatible with live cell imaging with the characteristics indicated in the Technical Specifications, from the following companies:
- Leica Microsystems Srl
- Carl Zeiss Spa
- Nikon Instruments Spa
- Olympus Italy Srl
Competitors Leica Microsystems Srl, Carl Zeiss Spa and Olympus Italia Srl were admitted to the next phase, while the request for supplementary documentation was activated for the competitor Nikon Instruments Spa as per the relevant published report.

Contribution ANACIn relation to the call for tenders through a restricted procedure, relating to the confocal microscope published in the GURI on 25/07/2016 and in the profile of the Client, it should be noted that they will be required to carry out the payment of the contribution due in favor of the National Anti-Corruption Authority, and to demonstrate the relative payment, only the economic operators who will be admitted to the offer presentation phase, following the initial phase of the so-called "prequalification"
