Radiomic analysis of multiparametric magnetic resonance T2 and ADC images of the prostate in the diagnosis of clinically significant prostate cancer
Project objectives
Overcoming the limits of interpretative subjectivity in determining the PI-RADS score so as to avoid as much as possible negative or positive biopsies for non-clinically significant prostate cancer. Use radiomics applied to T2-weighted and ADC images of prostate multiparametric magnetic resonance associated with other predictive features of prostate cancer such as PSA, DRE and/or liquid biopsy compared with the histopathological findings of target + systematic and subsequent fusion biopsies radical prostatectomy.
