Project objectives
Evaluation for the level of neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 for all candidates before vaccination. Determination of the level of neutralizing antibodies one month after receipt of scheduled vaccine doses to detect the immediate immune response to the available vaccines in Egypt.
Determination of the level of neutralizing antibodies five-months following completion of the vaccine doses to follow-up the immune status and stability of the neutralizing antibodies in response to available vaccines in Egypt. Comparison between immune response to the available vaccines at different time intervals.
