BEDSIDE NGAL IN PCI - Early detection of renal damage by bedside NGAL assessment in patients undergoing PCI

Project objectives

To assess the sensitivity and specificity of bedside neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) measurement in the diagnosis of contrast-induced nephropathy in patients undergoing coronary stenting. To study the long-term prognostic role of this molecule by correlating pre- and post-procedural values ​​with cardiovascular outcomes.
