3D Bioprinting of human skin and squamous cell tumors as advanced models for precision medicine
Project objectives |
The BIOSQIN project intends to develop, validate and disseminate the use - among companies in the pharmaceutical and biomedical sector widely represented in the entrepreneurial fabric of the Lazio Region - of a 3D model of human skin and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) obtained through bioprinting (3D bioprinting). This advanced, physiologically relevant model will be used to identify and characterize new tumor-specific drugs and to evaluate their efficacy or toxicity. > Project site |
