CORELAB-CRT - Corelab remotely echoc

CORELAB-CRT - Corelab remotely echocardiographic imaging acquisition in cardiac resynchronization therapy candidates

Project objectives

The purpose of the CORELAB-CRT observational study is to evaluate the ability of a satellite tele-echocardiography (STE) system to acquire and transmit, in real time and without quality loss, echocardiographic clips and images to an echocardiography core laboratory (ECL). Furthermore, the prognostic efficacy of specific echo parameters on the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy is being assessed. This is a prospective, multicenter, observational study conducted at four centers in the Lazio region, with approximately 46 patients enrolled. The study duration is approximately one year (6 months of enrollment and 6 months of follow-up).
