Project objectivesA multicenter, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled clinical trial aimed at evaluating the effect of Esoxx® added to proton pump inhibitors (standard therapy) on typical NERD symptoms and quality of life. The study also aims to evaluate tolerability, adherence, and palatability. |
