Project objectivesTo verify the effectiveness of a protocol for maintaining euglycemia during coronary interventional procedures, consisting of GIK (glucose, insulin and potassium), acetyl-cysteine and hydration, in the prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy in high-risk diabetic patients with chronic renal failure. |
