Project objectives

The main objective of the study is to evaluate the experience of operators involved in assisting patients hospitalized in hospitals and COVID centers during the pandemic, with a particular focus on the following areas: professional motivation (purpose); centrality of the person (mission); impact of the experience on the technical, transversal and managerial skills of each operator (core competencies); narration of professional experience and areas of improvement for the future (experience).
