Project objectives

Development of methods for rapid diagnosis and surveillance of multidrug resistant microorganisms in humans, animals, agriculture and the environment. Development of new methods, technologies and multigenic platforms to support surveillance and diagnostics in view of antimicrobial stewardship plans.
