Project start and end date
September 2022 – February 2026
Project objectives
Evaluation of the effects of different types of environmental stress on the metabolism (metabolome, signaling, transcriptome, redox homeostasis) of the plant and identification of varieties with particular resistance characteristics. Characterization of technological characteristics of particular genotypes of cereals useful for the production of foods with particular added value. Development of sensors and detection systems, including predictive ones, for the characterization of growth parameters and response to environmental conditions of the plant.
