Project start and end date
1 September 2020 - 28 February 2023
Project objectives
Obtain a systemic, multidisciplinary, effective and relatively simple analysis model, applicable to other contexts, which provides information on the risks of exposure to pesticides and suggests strategies to minimize their impact. In particular, the project aimed to establish the chemical risk of exposure to plant protection products through the study of a scenario of direct and indirect exposure to plant protection products on a selected group of workers. Furthermore, from the perspective of an approach one-health, the effect of these pesticides on the nutritional quality of the selected products was evaluated.
