Il Visiting Student Learning Opportunities (VSLO®) is the international platform developed by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) that allows medical students to consult and apply to medical programs clinical elective e visiting rotations at universities and affiliated hospitals around the world.
In the context of the participation of theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma to the VSLO program, of students UCBM may apply exclusively for internship opportunities offered by Hofstra University.
How to participate
To request access to the VSLO platform, the student must:
- fill out the request form available on this page Call of Interest - VSLO – Fill out the form;
- wait for the International Relations Office to verify the request;
- receive your VSLO platform login credentials via email.
- Once the credentials have been obtained, the student will be able to access the platform independently, consult the opportunities available at the Hofstra University and follow the application procedures set by the host institution.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Access via UCBM is limited to the opportunities offered by the Hofstra University.
- It is the student's responsibility to check the admission requirements, required documentation, and related deadlines directly on the VSLO platform.
- In the month of August The International Relations Office's activities are limited. Therefore, it is recommended to plan your application by choosing internship periods with administrative deadlines that do not fall in August, to ensure proper completion of the procedures.
