ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS (it will be possible to enroll only after the publication of the instructions)

ENROLLMENT

The winners, from 23 September 2024 and no later than 13.00 pm on 25 September 2024, proceed with registration by carrying out the actions indicated below and following the "registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of registrations on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

  1. create the student's credentials on the University computer system;
  2. with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay the first installment of the single university contribution including the regional tax for the Right to University Education;
  3. send via PEC [email protected] or deliver to the Student Secretariat - no later than the aforementioned deadlines:
    - the registration form duly completed and signed;
    - the receipt certifying payment of the first installment of the single contribution including the regional tax for the Right to University Education;
    - the ofchiarasubstitute for a university career;
    a copy of the transfer application submitted to the University of origin.

Winners who do not complete enrollment within the aforementioned deadlines and in the manner referred to in letters a), b), and c) of this article are automatically considered to have renounced and the remaining vacant places are made available to suitable candidates in the order of ranking.

Upon completion of the registration of the successful candidates, i suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the ranking order.

Those eligible are informed of the assignment of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.

If there are remaining places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice contains the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions in the ranking indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them in the following ways:

the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 12:00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than after 12:00 pm (CET) of the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods set out in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time. The publication of notices has the value of notification in all respects.

With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article, under no circumstances will the single contribution paid be refunded.
