Full Professor of Plant Physiology and Chair of the Degree Course in Food Sciences and Human Nutrition. Graduated with honors in Biological Sciences (2003), she obtained a master's degree in "Manager of Procurement and Distribution Processes of Agri-Food Products" (2004) and a PhD in Cellular Physiology and Biotechnology (2008).
