Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences (LM/SNT1)

New course for the 2024/2025 academic year

The two-year course, structured into semesters, is designed to respond to the complex nursing care needs of the population, considering determining factors such as demographic aging and the increase in chronic diseases.

The goal of the program is to train nurses capable of high performance assistance and organizational skills in different healthcare contexts, with strong ethical sensitivity and specific skills for training and research.

The course is characterized by a integrated and interdisciplinary approach, to prepare graduates to face, in collaboration with other specialists in the sector, the increasingly complex and multidimensional problems that characterize the contemporary healthcare sector.

In particular, students will be prepared for design and implement innovative nursing interventions in different healthcare contexts, improve care processes, impact the training of students and professionals and actively participate in scientific research in the healthcare field.

During the two-year period, students will have the opportunity to attend lessons on scientific-humanistic disciplines, designed based on the principles of adult learning. Additionally, they will participate in professional internships at l 'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital Foundation and other affiliated partner structures.
