Practical support
The Technology Transfer Office has the purpose of enhancing research results by enhancing links with the world of industry, through the transfer of technologies developed within UCBM and the implementation of joint projects.
The main activities carried out are:
- assistance to researchers in identifying and evaluating the best strategy for exploiting research results
- management and monitoring of the University's patent portfolio in synergy with inventors and patent attorneys
- interfacing with companies interested in the research results, also for the promotion of joint laboratories
- support for research spin-off processes and the incubation and acceleration of spin-off companies
