At the Teatro Lea Padovani a day of orientation and information with the students of Montalto, Tarquinia and Tuscania
There will be 400 students from the province of Viterbo from the high schools of Montalto Di Castro, Tarquinia and Tuscania the protagonists, Friday 6 December starting at 9.30, of the university orientation day "#UCBMMEET MONTALTO & TARQUINIA”, the event desired by the Municipality of Montalto di Castro, From 'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and by the 'Institute Vincenzo Cardarelli of Tarquinia at the Lea Padovani theater in Montalto di Castro.
An opportunity to help local kids choose the university course that will accompany them in the coming years. With its three Faculties of Medicine and Surgery, Engineering and Science and Technology for Man and the Environment organized into 11 degree courses, theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma has always been characterized by its ability to combine scientific research and the most advanced technologies in the name of "science for man", developing solutions for the care and well-being of people. The day at the Padovani theater will be an opportunity to talk about the opportunities made available by the new scholarship plan which, from the 2020/2021 academic year, will give even more opportunities to many deserving students to attend the Bio-Medical Campus in Rome .
The event will open with greetings from the mayor of Montalto, Sergio Caci, will continue with the greeting of the representative of the Cardarelli Institute Franco Capoccia, followed by the introduction of the Director General ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma Andrea Rossi in the world of the university's educational offer and the numerous scholarships allocated by the university with the aim of attracting the best talents; students will discover university life through the testimonies of four students and will follow a short multidisciplinary lesson that will range from engineering to food science. At the end of the day it will be possible to face the simulation of an admission test with questions on logic, chemistry, biology, mathematics and more.
Mayor Sergio Caci is particularly happy to host in the beautiful setting of the Lea Padovani theater in Montalto, not only a University that has established itself as an excellence on the national university scene, but also its representative, the Director General Andrea Rossi, who is from Montalto and who was a student of the Cardarelli Institute of Tarquinia.
A beautiful collaborative initiative between the municipal administration, university and school to give young people in the area a valid opportunity to invest in their training to build a professional future that is rewarding for them and an impetus for the Alto Lazio area.
