Executive programs and courses for the development of managerial and technical-specialist professionalism
UCBM Academy promotes post-graduate training ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma through courses in line with the most current scenarios and the most relevant needs of the labor market, within programs also developed in partnership with companies, incubators and business accelerators.
The Innovation & Sustainability Program it is placed in the broader field of higher specialized training activities of theUCBM Academy, whose goal is build a broad and inclusive training ecosystem to support open innovation and organizational development processes and managerial skills in various production sectors and thematic areas.
This year it was collaboration signed with Enel for the Supplier Development Program project designed specifically for Enel Suppliers who want to develop new skills for the energy and digital transition oriented towards innovation management with particular attention to new organization and business models.
In this scenario no longer futuristic but continuedinginstitution, professional figures with the appropriate skills are increasingly needed to facilitate the digital transition, to innovate processes and organisation, to face the challenges of this great change underway.
It is in this perspective that UCBM Academy has designed a flexible and modular training offer, oriented towards the integrated development of technical, managerial and transversal skills, designed to meet the different re-skill needsing and up-skilling of companies and people, created together with partner companies that are leaders in innovation processes and new enabling technologies.
Under the 3 thematic areas Data Analysis & Management, Internet of Thingif Innovation & Digital Transformation, are proposed 6 Executive Programs e 24 short courses, dedicated to the development of advanced managerial and technical-specialist professionalism.
The Innovation & Sustainability (I&S) Project contributes to realizing the fundamental mission ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma to place science at the service of man and of ethical and sustainable development, pursuing the institutional objectives of promoting higher education and enhancing research, development and co-innovation activities.
The strategic objective of building a vast and inclusive educational ecosystem to support open innovation processes is centered, in particular, on the transversal theme of Digital Transformation and its applications in the reference sectors of the I&S Project.
