Rome, 20 October 2021 - The first master's degree graduates from course in Food Science and Technology and Supply Chain ManagementUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. They are ready to tackle issues of safety, quality e innovation along the entire agri-food production chain also with a view to sustainability e of circular economy.

"They are new professional figures - explained the president of the degree course Marco Santonico - with transversal skills in the bioeconomy, legislation, food marketing and engineering, thanks to which they will be able to dialogue comprehensively with different professional figures and fully integrate into innovative roles in the agri-food sector".
