If your application was sent correctly, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you indicated in the application itself. The email is sent by the sender "PICA", check your spam box if necessary. In any case, if you cannot find the email, to check the status of your application (whether it has been sent or not), you can access the PICA CINECA online registration portal, which can be reached from the "register" button on the competition web page. By logging in (using the credentials - username and password - in your possession), you can verify that the application is in "submitted" status.  Please note: the submitted application is in "submitted" status, applications in "draft" status, even with a paid MAV, do not allow you to participate in the selection.

For enrollment in the Medicine and Surgery, Medicine and Surgery, Medicine and Surgery “MedTech” and Dentistry courses if your application has been submitted correctly, you will have received a confirmation email at the address you indicated in the application itself. The email is sent by the sender “SELEXI”, please check your spam folder if necessary. In any case, if you do not find the email, to check the status of your application (whether it has been submitted or not), you can access the online registration portal, reachable by clicking on the “subscribe” button on the competition web page. By logging in (using the credentials – username and password – in your possession), you can verify that the application has been submitted in the “Log” section.

I am trying to register on your site for the test / admission test, however I am having difficulty logging in, although I have registered, the credentials are not valid.

When you have entered your personal data in order to proceed with a new registration (creation of credentials) on the platform PICA, the system should also ask you to enter the username and password of your choice. Once you have completed your registration, you should have received a link to confirm your registration on the email you indicated. Only after confirming the creation of credentials by clicking on the link received by email is it possible to log in and proceed with creating an application to participate in the competition. If it detects anomalies (for example the system tells you that the credentials are wrong and it is unable to restore them by clicking on the recovery link, or you have indicated an incorrect email address and therefore you do not receive the email to confirm the credentials, or the system tells her that credentials already exist for the same tax code but she doesn't remember them) you must write an email to support by clicking on the “Support" in the blue banner located at the end of the registration platform web page, specifying your tax code, your data and illustrating the problem.

For enrollment in the Medicine and Surgery, Medicine and Surgery, Medicine and Surgery “MedTech” and Dentistry courses: To recover previously created credentials, candidates must click on the button available on the Login page of the online registration platform: “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” depending on the case. Please note that the procedure for recovering credentials is completely computerized and available exclusively by clicking on the appropriate button on the online registration platform. It is not possible to recover credentials by contacting the University administrative offices. For technical assistance in online registration for the competition, it is necessary to click on “Technical assistance” at the bottom of the online competition registration platform (button present on all pages of the registration form).

I am trying to register on your site for the test / entrance exam, but the portal is not working

If you detect any anomalies (e.g. after clicking on the "Register" button on the page dedicated to the competition, the online registration platform does not work or you try to click on a section of the online application form, but a blank screen appears) you must write an email to support by clicking on the “Support" in the blue banner located at the end of the registration platform web page, specifying your tax code, your data and illustrating the problem.

For enrollment in the Medicine and Surgery, Medicine and Surgery, Medicine and Surgery “MedTech” and Dentistry courses: For technical assistance in registering for the competition online, click on “Technical assistance” at the bottom of the online competition registration platform (button present on all pages of the registration form).

How do I generate the MAV form?

The online registration system for the admission procedure, which can be reached from www.unicampus.it/admissions (subsequently click on the web page of the competition of interest and click on the "sign up" button), allows you to generate and print the MAV form within the online application for participation in the competition. Once the application form has been started and the "personal data" section has been completed and saved, the mav is generated by returning to the home page of the registration platform (called "Dashboard/Dashboard) and clicking on the "MAV" button (white)

Even if I have generated and paid the MAV, the wording remains: "Attach the receipt of the MAV verifying that the debtor code reported within the same MAV contains the same numbers relating to the application ID/Application ID as the last numbers". How should I do?

It is a text component of the page that remains even after attaching the MAV receipt. However, we advise you to check that you have entered the payment receipt, save the data entered and send the application using the "Submit/Submit” after having filled in all the fields and attached the required documents. Please note: the submitted application is in "submitted" status, applications in "draft" status, even with a paid MAV, do not allow you to participate in the selection.

After how many working days should the MAV payment receipt to be included in the presentation of the application arrive by email?

The payment receipt of the MAV slip which must be attached to the application form in the "attachments" section is NOT sent by email, but is provided by the bank where you paid the enrollment fee.

If you paid at a physical bank counter, you must scan the paper receipt that the bank provided you with the payment of the MAV and attach it to the online application for participation in the competition; if you have ordered the payment of the MAV from your home banking, you must attach the PDF of the payment instruction generated within the home banking platform of your credit institution to the online application for participation in the competition.

After completing the application in its entirety and attaching the MAV payment receipt, to send the application please click the "Submit/Submit". If the sending was completed correctly you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I check if the MAV payment has been received?

You will receive the payment receipt from your bank. In any case, you can check the status of the payment by accessing the PICA CINECA online registration platform with your credentials and viewing your application. The payment received by the University takes on the status “CASHED”. We remind you that for the purposes of complying with the deadline for payment, the day on which the payment was made is taken into consideration (therefore the day of the payment order), not the day of “collection”. Therefore, once the payment has been made, you can attach the receipt automatically generated by your home-banking or provided by the physical counter (always and only in PDF) without having to wait for the payment status to be “cashed”.

I finalized the registration application by clicking on the green "Submit" button, but I did not receive the email confirming the submission of the application. How can I verify that my application has been submitted?

We suggest that you first check whether the email automatically generated by the system notifying you that the registration application has been sent is in spam. In any case, if you have not received the confirmation email, you can independently check the status of your application by accessing the online registration platform with the credentials you have created. The application received in the system, even in the absence of a confirmation email, assumes the status "submitted" and cannot be modified.

Can I modify the submitted application?

No, the submitted application cannot be changed.

You can edit your question before presenting it (therefore before clicking on the “Present/Submit” button) by clicking on the button “Modify/Edit”

What are the admission tests and when are they scheduled?

The tests differ according to the degree course chosen. The modalities and dates are announced together with the publication of the Calls for Competition.

When and where are the results of the test (merit ranking) published?

The date of publication of the merit ranking is reported in the Competition Notice and on the page of each Degree Course in the section "Merit ranking".

The merit ranking is published on the page of each Degree Course, by selecting the Degree Course chosen in the section Admission exams.

Is it possible to repeat the test in case of a negative outcome?

Yes, once each admission procedure has been completed and only if there are still places left, the University can organize other selection sessions in which the candidate can participate, even if the test taken in the previous session was unsuccessful.

Is it possible to register for more than one admission test?

Yes, it is possible, respecting the times and methods set out in the Call for Applications for each Degree Course.

The competition notice says that the written test will be in person in Rome, when will the precise time and place be published? Will you inform me?

The exact time and location of the test will be published on the page dedicated to the competition by the date established by the Competition Notice for the publication of the list of those admitted to the test. The notice will indicate the time and place of the meeting and will be published on the page dedicated to the insolvency proceedings in the section "LIST OF CANDIDATES ADMITTED TO THE WRITTEN TEST". The notice has the value of notification in all respects, therefore each candidate is required to monitor the site and it is his responsibility to verify the publication of the notices.

Is it possible to take the admission test on a different day or in a different way?

No, the dates and methods of carrying out the admission tests, where applicable, are strictly established by each Competition Notice.

Is a written test simulator available? How many times can I use it?

The written test simulator is available only if provided for in the competition announcement. To access the simulator you must visit the page dedicated to the competition you have registered for and, in the main summary table, under "Link to the simulator" you must click on "Click here". You can also use the simulator by logging in with your credentials to the online competition registration platform.

You will be able to use the simulator to practice until the day of the test.

I am trying to enroll in a Master's Degree in Italian and knowledge of the English language is required, certified by a university exam (also in the form of aptitude) or by one of the language certifications listed in Appendix A. What does this mean?

If you are trying to enroll in one of the following Master's Degree Courses:

  • Biomedical Engineering;
  • Intelligent Systems Engineering;
  • Chemical Engineering for Sustainable Development;
  • Food Sciences and Human Nutrition;
  • Food Science and Technology and Food Design

the Competition Notices / Procedures for Admission to the Course require the following access requirement: “university exam in English language (also in the form of aptitude) or possession of one of the language certifications referred to in Annex A", or “At least Level B1 certified by a university English language exam (also in the form of aptitude) or by possession of one of the language certifications referred to in Annex A".

This means, as also indicated in the online registration platform, that it will be sufficient to upload the booklet of exams taken again in the appropriate space, which however also reports the English language suitability. If the suitability is in the booklet, you do not have to ask for any certificate from the CLA or your University. You will not be entitled to any bonus points, as this is an access requirement.

I would like to transfer from another university, is it possible?

For transfers to course years subsequent to the first, if you come from another Italian or foreign university, you must consult the competition announcement relating to the degree course you are interested in and submit a transfer application if the procedure is open. The transfer procedures open for the academic year 2025/2026 are indicated in the page dedicated to Transfers.

I would like to transfer from another University, how do I know if I qualify?

The requirements for the assignment of places available in course years subsequent to the first (therefore for transfers) are established by each competition notice. The Notice indicates precisely which and how many CFU in specific SSDs are necessary to be admitted to the procedure. We remind you that you will have to upload both the certificate/booklet of the exams taken and the related programs to the online registration platform, so that your application can be evaluated. For evaluation purposes, only complete exams are taken into consideration (not exemptions, ongoing tests, partial exams).

I would like to transfer from another University, what documentation do I need to produce?

They must produce the documentation required by the Competition Notice and also indicated in the online registration platform for the procedure for assigning available places. In particular, we remind you that each candidate must attach the university certificate of the exams taken containing, for each exam: name, number of credits, SSD, date and grade obtained (candidates coming from a degree course taught abroad must attach the university certificate of the exams taken as well as - if the document is not written in English - its legal translation). Each candidate must also attach copy of the program of each course for which recognition is requested, authenticated by the home University (candidates coming from a degree course taught abroad must attach the study programmes on headed paper of the foreign University, or endorsed with the stamp of the University itself, and the relative legal translation into Italian if the document is not written in English).

I would like to transfer from a foreign university, is it possible?

Yes, but we remind you that - in addition to the university certificate of the exams taken, you will have to attach your legal translation and copy of the program of each course for which recognition is requested, authenticated by the home University. The program must be on the letterhead of the foreign University, or endorsed with the stamp of the University itself. A legal translation into Italian is required if the document is not written in English.
