Biomedical Engineering Admissions 2025/2026 - III Session

Thanks to the generosity of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), candidates can be awarded with a full-tuition scholarship to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering at Campus Bio-Medico di Roma beginning in September of 2025.

The scholarship will cover the payment of the contribution fees for each of the three academic years and also provides a contribution for room and board expenses.

The benefit will be assigned based on applications order (first comes first) only to admitted candidates after the evaluation of the following requirements. Admission requires a score of 3 on at least 3 scientific AP exams, or to have completed a full year of college or university studies, or a one-year Foundation Course in science-related subjects.

Once the student is admitted to the Course and gains the benefit, he will be exempted from paying the tuition fee after confirming the enrollment within July 25th by the “enrolment instructions” that we will communicate.

Beneficiary student will be able to retain the benefit of the scholarship during the three-year period if he meets the requirements set out below by 30^th October each year:

a) at least the same number of Academic Credits - ECTS (European Credit Transfer System - Credito Formativo Universitario - CFU) as shown in the tables hereunder:

L'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma communicates that, in compliance with art. 1 of theselection notice the reopening of the terms is activated selection process for the assignment of n. 2 (two) scholarships named after "Joaquin Navarro Valls" and funded by the TIM Foundation as part of the Fund established by the Biomedical University Foundation and reserved for students enrolling in the Biomedical Engineering Degree Course in the 2025/2026 academic year.

In this context, the students awarded the 2 (two) scholarships will each benefit from an annual contribution of €6.000 (six thousand/00) for the entire legal duration of studies of three years, for a total value of €36.000,00 (thirty-six thousand/00).

L'selection notice is reserved for Italian, EU and equivalent citizens that they have provided for theRegistration PHASE-I to the Degree Course in Biomedical Engineering following the procedures already completed and referred to in Rector's Decree no. 764/2024 within the terms and methods indicated therein and which have been delivered or transmitted to the Office for the Right to Study and University Life ([email protected]), The starting from 21 July 2025 and no later than 13.00 pm on 1 August 2025, the certification ISEE Right to Education 2025 not exceeding €28.000,00 (twenty-eight thousand/00). We also inform you that the two scholarships they cannot be combined with similar benefits of other public and private institutions (e.g. Path of Excellence).

The requirements and methods for assigning and maintaining these benefits in the academic years following the first are defined in theselection notice.

Following the admission procedure, with reference to Window III and Window IV, the candidates allowed at the Course proceed to enrollment within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the list of those admitted to enrollment, by carrying out the actions indicated below and adhering to the "enrolment instructions" which will be published by the date set for the opening of enrolments on the Admission Procedure web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

1. create the student's credentials on the University computer system;
2. with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay € 2.640,00 (two thousand six hundred and forty/00) as the first installment of the single university contribution including the regional tax for the right to study^[1];
3. deliver or transmit to the Student Secretariat, via PEC to the address [email protected], within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the list of those admitted to enrollment:
   - the receipt certifying payment of the first installment of the single contribution including the regional tax for the right to education (letter b);
   - the registration form duly completed in its entirety and signed;
   - the ofchiarareplacement certificate of achievement of the Higher Secondary Education Diploma with indication of the relevant grade, year and Institute that issued it; for qualifications obtained abroad: foreign qualification accompanied by confirmation of authenticity and with documentation relating to the value;
   - renunciation of studies or authorization to transfer in case of enrollment at another University based on the specific legislation in force.

The candidate admitted to enrollment who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b) and c) within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the list of those admitted to enrollment is automatically considered to have withdrawn..

Following the enrolment of the admitted candidates, the suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the order of the list of those admitted to enrollment.

Eligible candidates are informed of the allocation of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the Procedure web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.

In the presence of residual places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice indicates the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions of the list of those admitted to enrollment indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them with the following procedures:

the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 12.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 12.00 pm (CET) on the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods referred to in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time.

With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article, under no circumstances will the single contribution paid be refunded.

[1] The amount of the second installment of the single university contribution must be paid by January 23, 2026; the amount of the third installment of the single university contribution must be paid by April 10, 2026. The amounts of the single university contribution are established in the Fees and Contributions Regulation for the academic year 2025/2026, published on the web page https://www.unicampus.it/ammissioni-corsi-di-laurea/tasse-e-contributi/. In the event of discrepancies between this Admission Procedure and that established by the Fees and Contributions Regulation for the academic year 2025/2026, the latter shall prevail.
