Recipients and access requirements
Admission to the Master requires a five-year high school diploma and a first-level degree in one of the following degree classes:
- nursing health professions and midwifery health profession (SNT/01);
- rehabilitation health professions (SNT/02);
- technical health professions (SNT/03);
- prevention health professions (SNT/04);
- or equivalent title.
Graduating students may also be admitted as long as they fulfill the access requirement within 90 days following the start of the Master's.
Educational objectives
At the end of the Master, participants will be able to:
- manage human resources and relationships within interdisciplinary working groups and with respect to innovative organizational methods;
- manage economic and financial resources;
- manage information and communication processes with the use of adequate technology and documentation;
- manage processes, projects and assessments in the context of service coordination;
- manage quality projects in relation to the continuous improvement of health services.
The achievement of the Master in Management for the Coordination Functions of the Health Professions is an essential requirement for covering the role of professional coordinator and being able to carry out the exercise of the coordination function as envisaged by art. 6 of Law 43/2006.
Didactic structure and thematic areas
The Master will be delivered in blended mode: some lessons will be held in live streaming through the University platform, others will be held in person at our headquarters.

The BLENDED and PART-TIME FORMULA makes the Master compatible and contextual with professional commitments and responsibilities. The teaching structure will be divided into 70% face-to-face lessons and 30% live streaming lessons.
Thematic areas 3.1 and 3.4 (structured in the form of training courses) and thematic areas 3.2 and 3.3 (structured in the form of Specialization Courses) are also accessible to those who do not participate in the entire Master.
Internship
The internship activity and the realization of specific project works will allow the participants to consolidate and experiment with the theoretical contents explained in the classroom, measuring themselves with clinical-organizational and managerial problems.

Attendance fee
The Master requires a participation fee of € 2.100,00 with the possibility of payment in installments.
Discounted fees are available for graduates and undergraduates at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and in favor of the employees of the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico and the UCBM Academy Ambassadors.

Method of admission
The application for admission to the Master must be submitted by 21 November 2022 using the online procedure accessible by clicking here which requires the insertion of:

- curriculum vitae
- Ofchiarasubstitutive certification
- details of the transfer of the admission fee (€ 50)
The motivational interviews will take place atUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma on November 25, 2022. Having read the admission form, enrollment in the Master must be carried out by December 6, 2022.
Title awarded
Participants who complete the entire course will be awarded the title of First level University Master in Management for the Coordination Functions of the Health Professions. The recognition of training credits is linked to both regular attendance (compulsory for a total of hours of no less than 80% of the lessons and 100% of the traineeship activities), and to passing the interim and final tests.
Participants in individual specialization courses, who will comply with the administrative obligations, will be issued the specialization title relating to the course followed. The acknowledgment of the training credit is linked both to regular attendance (compulsory for a total number of hours of not less than 80% of the lessons), and to passing the final exam, with the dissertation of the appropriate project work.
Participants in individual training courses organized as part of the Master will be issued the specific certificate of participation with the recognition of the relative CFU and CME credits.
