The testimony of Beatrice, participant in the VII edition of the Master

27 July 2021 - The health emergency due to the Covid-19 pandemic has revealed to a greater extent the fundamental role of adequate organization and correct working methods within a health facility. Each healthcare professional has been called upon to respond to an exponentially greater commitment than expected as happened to those who coordinate the healthcare personnel, i.e. the management. This is also why continuous training in the management sector plays an essential role: studying how the system has reacted to this pandemic event and understanding its crucial aspects is useful for improving health services.

The eighth edition of the Master in Management for the coordination functions of the health professions aims to train managers who know how to manage the daily organization of the health structure through skills in managing change and attention to innovation in health care, in innovation in clinical care pathways and in innovation in management processes. Another objective, which was then perfected during the course of the current edition, was the comparison of the participants with teachers and professionals of the sector, who were directly experiencing the change within their structures.

"This Master gave me the opportunity to learn and get to know the current organizational strategies that make up the complex world of management. The healthcare coordinator, in my case nursing, is a key and complex figure in the organization. The ability of this Master is very valid in declining and describing the variety and complexity of the clinical-assistance, relational and leadership functions, which make up the role of the coordinator.Furthermore, the vast proposal of reflections and methodologies implemented during the lessons allowed the learners to concentrate on the real applicability of topics" said Beatrice, participant in the seventh edition of the Master.

To meet the working needs of the participants also in this next edition, the Scientific Direction has decided to organize the Master in blended mode, i.e. part of the lessons will be held in the classroom, in particular those that include group exercises, while others will be held in live stream.
