More than 1.600 scholarships provided by INPS intended for those who wish to access Masters and University Specialization Courses. An opportunity for train for free with the post-graduate courses of theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. It is possible to participate to post-graduate courses by developing or updating technical and managerial skills under the Digital Transformation and Digital Health and Sustainability.

The published calls are two, dedicated respectively to:

  1. Children or orphans and equivalent of PA staff, in particular those registered with the unitary management of credit and social benefits; pensioners using the Public Employee Management; those registered with the teacher assistance management.
  2. Public administration employees registered with the unified management of credit and social benefits.


(1) - The competition announcement for children or orphans and equivalent of Public Administration personnel makes available up to 800 scholarships, of the maximum value of €10.000 each, for participation in first level University Masters, second level University Masters and University Specialization Courses.

To be eligible to participate in this call, the candidate must possess, among others, the following requirements:

  • be in possession of a three-year or specialist/master's degree or an old system degree (depending on the path of interest);
  • be unemployed or unemployed on the date of submission of the application;
  • be under 29 years of age on the date of application.

(2) - The competition announcement for public administration employees registered with the unified management of credit and social benefits makes available up to 857 scholarships, of the maximum value of €7.000 each, for participation in first and second level University Masters.

To participate in this call, the candidate must possess, among others, the following requirements:

  • be in possession of a three-year or specialist/master's degree or an old system degree (depending on the path of interest);
  • not have already obtained scholarships for Executive Masters from the Institute in the academic years 2020/2021, 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24.
