The call is open "Women in STEM", promoted by Giuseppina Mai Foundation with the support of system partners (Assolombarda – STEAMiamoci Association, Chiesi Farmaceutici, Confindustria, Farmindustria, Fastweb + Vodafone, Federchimica, Bracco Foundation, Space Work and Streparava), for the assignment of 13 scholarships intended for female students enrolled in the first year of a Master's Degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
The initiative was created with the aim of supporting female talent in scientific and technological careers, helping to reduce the gender gap in strategic sectors for development, innovation, and research.
The scholarships
The announcement makes available 13 scholarships worth 3.000 euros gross each, aimed at the most deserving female students enrolled in the first year of a STEM Master's Degree in the 2025/2026 academic year.
Who can participate
Students who:
- are regularly enrolled in the first year (current) of a Master's Degree in STEM disciplines for the 2025/2026 academic year;
- have obtained a three-year degree by 31 December 2025 with a grade of no less than 106/110 and a weighted average of the exams of at least 27/30;
- have a ISEE 2026 not exceeding 37.000 euros;
- do not benefit from other scholarships for the same degree course.
How to apply
Applications must be submitted exclusively online by September 30, 2026By completing the appropriate form and attaching the required documentation, including a CV, bachelor's degree certificate with a list of exams and weighted average, ISEE 2026 certificate, a cover letter, and any documentation relating to internship experience.
