A new and ambitious training project dedicated to healthcare professionals is starting. UCBM Academy, In collaboration with the Continuing Education Center in Health of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases Spallanzani IRCCS, launch the "Management training course for managers and middle managers of the National Health System". The initiative is part of Mission 6 – Component 2.2 of the PNRR, aimed at strengthening the technical, digital and managerial skills of healthcare personnel.
The program is the result of an important collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome, University of Rome "Tor Vergata", Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and Luiss Guido Carli, with the aim of training 327 middle managers in the healthcare sector.
The 327 participants selected with the support of agenas, "intermediate body" identified by the Ministry of Health to implement the sub-measure M6C2 of the PNRR, come from 18 companies of the Lazio Regional Health System and will have the opportunity to acquire strategic skills that are essential to addressing the challenges of the sector.
Chiara Marinacci, director of the Permanent Training Center in Healthcare, underlines the importance of the initiative: "This course represents a unique growth opportunity for SSR professionals and for the entire Lazio healthcare system. Thanks to the collaboration with five excellent universities, we guarantee a high-level training path, combining scientific, didactic and managerial skills."
