Thursday the Campus' Got Talent in the square of the University
The annual event returnsUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma with nature, sport, music and shows which will see students as protagonists in the numerous initiatives planned by the Sport and Culture Week 2018.
Heart of the event convention dedicated to the theme "Never give up. Is it worth it? The story behind the victory" which will feature protagonists Mauro Baldissoni, General Manager of AS Roma, Mark Amelia, columnist and former athlete, Fabrizio Donato, Olympic bronze in London 2012 in the triple jump and gold at the European Helsinki, the sailor Enrico Chieffi, the septerous national team Domitilla Picozzi, the Paralympic sprinters Emanuele DiMarino e Arjola Dedaj, the presenter Pippo Baudo.
The week will start on Saturday 5 May with the University's participation in the inter-university tennis tournament organized by UniSport and will continue on Sunday 6 May with a visit to the Forum and the Colosseum. On Monday 7th, the chamber ensemble directed by prof. Flavio Keller will perform in concert in the Aula Magna starting from 18.00 pm. Wednesday 9th will be the turn of musical Peter Pan by the theater laboratory UCBM.
The highlight of the week will be Thursday May 10. The celebration of Holy Mass at 12.30 in the chapel of the Polyclinic in memory of Blessed Álvaro del Portillo, whose liturgical feast is celebrated on May 12, will be followed by Campus day with demonstrations and tournaments in soccer, beach volleyball, rugby, table tennis and table football. The evening will instead be dedicated to Campus' Got Talent, an artistic event that sees students and staff every year UCBM compete in musical or entertainment performances.
