The Sport and Culture WeekUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma will start Sunday 7 May with a guided tour of the Rione Monti, one of the most fascinating and historically rich districts of Rome. To accompany the group, the archaeologist and tour guide Andrea Angelucci.
Monday 8 there will be the procession of the statue of the Madonna de Noantri , reading of the Mysteries of the Rosary in Roman dialect by the Theater Workshop UCBM. The statue will be welcomed at 17 in the hall of the Trapezium, where the first Mystery will be recited. The procession will then move towards the Prabb hall for the reading of the second Mystery. After crossing the corridors on the -1 floor, the statue will arrive in front of the University bar for the reading of the third Mystery. We will then cross the bridge until we reach the main entrance of the Polyclinic, in the hall the fourth mystery will be read. The last stage foresees the arrival of the statue in the Chapel of the Polyclinic with the declamation of the fifth and last Mystery and the songs. At the conclusion of the ceremony the prayer of the Holy Rosary.
Tuesday 9 is scheduled second edition of the Memorial Sergio Morini, the futsal match between the families of employees and students in honor of the deceased professor. Thursday 11, at 19 in the Aula Magna Trapezio, the Theater Laboratory UCBM will stage it play "Shakespeare pills", set in a hospital where theater acts as a cure.
The day with the most appointments will be that of Friday 12 which will open with the Holy Mass in honor of Blessed Álvaro del Portillo, celebrated at 13 in the chapel of the Policlinico da Don Matteo Fabbri, vicar of the Prelature of Opus Dei for central-southern Italy.
Continue at the Sport City from 14 pm with Campus Day, sporting events of tennis, swimming, beach volleyball, running and men's and women's 5-a-side football.
An aperitif follows, sports awards in the square between Prabb and Trapezio and finally the usual Campus' Got Talent, the competitive talent show in which employees, students and alumni will compete in artistic performances in the categories: singing and music, acting and entertainment, dance and artistic sports. The week will close with the Run For Liver, the event dedicated to the prevention of liver diseases through the advice of doctors and nutritionists and with a sports run in the Decima Malafede Nature Reserve. The conference will be held on Saturday 13 May at 9 am in the Aula Magna Trapezio.
