The meetings, conducted by Marco Magheri, will see the participation of some of the leading communication experts in the food field.

Rome, 23 November 2020 - Food is increasingly a theme at the center of our lives. And the world of communication deals with it more and more every day. From health to taste, from organic products to the excellence of Made in Italy, from the most popular starred chefs to TV programs that teach cooking, there are many stories that today link food in all its forms to the world of communication.

"How much does what we read and see on TV, on the big screen or on our smartphone influence our nutritional choices"? “What is the marketing dose in the recipe for a successful food product”? “What makes an influencer of a cook”? "How incisive are eating communication disorders"? “How can effective communication be a determinant of health for people”?

The seminars, broadcast online on the ZOOM platform, will try to answer these and other questions on the subject of communication in the agri-food field, with the analysis of successful communication case histories in the food sector in the agri-food supply chains and in human nutrition.

The seminars will be held by Marco Magheri, professional journalist, public and institutional communicator, ceremonialist, expert in public relations, new media, brand management, marketing and crisis communication and will be enriched by the participation of stakeholders and protagonists of the various Italian agri-food sectors such as Frederick Sannella, president of the Food Section of Unindustria Lazio; Umberto Lucentini, responsible for communication of Sicilian Doc wines; Massimo Barbieri, food franchise consultant; Anna Gagliardi, communication director of Confagricoltura; Massimiliano Borgia, director of the Food Journalism Festival; Laila Tentoni, president of Casa Artusi; Mattia Malgara, distributor for Italy of Beyond Meat (vegan food).
