Launching in October 2018 at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma two Masters to train hi-tech nurses and project them safely into the world of work. Both courses include an internship to be carried out at the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital
Rome, 29 August 2018 – Using robots in the operating room and the most recent instrument sterilization techniques; manage team work with surgeons and aim for continuous improvement of quality in organizational processes: the nursing profession is today a complex and hyper-technological reality which requires continuous training and keeping up with the times.
Two Masters for the health professions starting in October 2018 at the 'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma form the hi-tech nurse projecting it safely into the world of work. Over 250 nurses and new graduates have already chosen the courses of “Nursing assistance and instrumentation in the operating room"And "Management for the coordination functions of the health professions" obtaining important satisfactions. One year after the end of the internship, in fact, 92% of postgraduate students UCBM he actually found work from all over Italy.

Il st level university master's degree in Nursing assistance and instrumentation in the operating room (duration 18 months, 60 ECTS) starting on 18 October 2018 (registration deadline 21 September) develops advanced skills in the field of nursing care, in particular before, during and after surgery. Characterized by part-time teaching, he forms figures of hall instrumentalist for general and high-level specialist surgery, able to assist the surgical patient, use the instruments safely and manage the maintenance of the medical devices in use in the operating theatre.
Il st level university master's degree in Management for the coordination functions of the health professions (duration 12 months, 60 CFU) starting on 23 October 2018 (registration deadline 9 October) trains health professionals capable of coordinating activities in social-health structures. The Master, delivered partly in the classroom and partly online, develops advanced organizational and managerial skills in order to implement health planning policies and interventions aimed at continuous quality improvement.
Both Masters offer an internship that can be carried out at the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital JCI accredited (Joint Commission International), respectively 150 hours (equivalent to 16 credits) and 450 hours (between internship and project work, equal to 18 credits).
