Rome, November 28, 2019 - On February 25th theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma opens - first in Italy - admissions to the degree course in Medicine and Surgery for the academic year 2020-2021. In this way, students in their final year of high school can concretely plan their future in advance, preparing carefully and away from the commitments of their high school diploma. A future perhaps in a white coat in the wards of a hospital.
The selection for the 140 aspiring doctors will be held on February 25th at the Nuova Fiera di Roma. Candidates will be able to send the application for registration to the test from 2 December to 7 February 2020. Starting from the 2020-2021 academic year, the University - which has always been attentive to enhancing the talents of young people - has decided to invest in the future of the students who ranked in the first 5 places of the admission test ranking: they will be guaranteed the free attendance of the entire course of study.
The scholarship assignment system is based on merit criteria, verified in the selection for access to the degree course, and on income criteria through the ISEE indicator of the family of origin. The mechanism for confirming the scholarship for subsequent years is based on the verification of merit requirements progressively acquired during the academic career.
