MEDICINE TEST 2023: TESTS ON 16 AND 17 MARCH ATUNIVERSITà CAMPUS BIO-MEDICO DI ROMA FOR THE THREE DEGREE COURSES IN MEDICINE AND SURGERY

OVER 290 PLACES COMPETITION FOR MEDICINE AND SURGERY IN ITALIAN, MEDICINE AND SURGERY IN INGLESE AND THE INNOVATIVE MEDICINE AND SURGERY “MEDTECH” 

Rome, 23 December 2022 - Over 290 places available, evidence of ingvalid for two years also for those enrolled in the fourth year of high school, in presence and, for the most deserving based on income, full coverage scholarships for the entire six-year study cycle: they are among the most important innovations of the Medicine degree courses of theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma emerged from the new call for admissions first year published on December 22nd.  

It is about the three degree courses in medicine ranging from the classic single-cycle master's degree course in Medicine and Surgery (LM-41) up to the innovative Single Cycle Master's Degree courses in Medicine and Surgery e Medicine and Surgery “MedTech” (LM-41), the latter both paid in lingua ingreading.

In our opinion, the idea of ​​opening the tests to students in their fourth year of high school captures this fundamental aspect of education, giving young people more time to ponder their choices and make more informed decisions".  

PLACES IN COMPETITION 

For Single-cycle Master's Degree course in Medicine and Surgery (LM-41), for each academic year (2023/2024 and 2024/2025), are available 140 places (for Italian citizens, EU citizens wherever resident and non-European Union citizens regularly residing in Italy) and further 4 places for citizens from countries outside the European Union (residents abroad, who require a visa ingstayed in Italy for long-term stays).  

For the Single Cycle Master's Degree courses in Medicine and Surgery and Medicine and Surgery "MedTech" (LM-41) both paid in lingua ingfor each academic year (2023/2024 and 2024/2025), a further 150 places are available for competition: 90 places for Medicine and Surgery; 60 places for Medicine and Surgery-“MedTech”. 

 

THE DATES OF THE ADMISSION TEST 

For the Single Cycle Master's Degree in Medicine and Surgery (LM-41) a single written test will be held scheduled for 17 March, 2023.  

For the Single Cycle Master's Degree courses in Medicine and Surgery and Medicine and Surgery "MedTech" (LM-41), both paid in lingua inginjured, the single written test will take place on the day 16 March, 2023. For admission to these last two courses a knowledge of Lingua Inginjured at least equal to B2 CEFR level, certified by the possession of one of the certifications linguistics strictly indicated in the notice and its annexes. 

The written test, for the respective courses, is valid for both academic years 2023/24 and as the first session for admission in the academic year 2024/2025, both for those who have already graduated, both for final year students and for those enrolled in the fourth year of high school. The single test will be in person and will consist of a test of 80 multiple choice questions on subjects such as logic (50 questions), biology (10 questions), chemistry (10 questions), math and physics (10 questions). 

The following scores are assigned to the answers: 1 point for each correct answer; -0,2 points for each multiple or incorrect answer; 0 points for every answer not given. The written test is assigned a maximum score of 80 points. The provisional merit rankings will be published by 22 March 2023.  

 

FULL COVERAGE SCHOLARSHIPS 

A significant financial commitment by the University is also expected to reward merit. For admission in the academic year 2023/2024 to Single-cycle Master's Degree course in Medicine and Surgery (LM-41) the first 2 successful candidates in the ranking, with ISEE Right to Study not exceeding €45.000, are beneficiaries of 2 scholarships equal to 100% of the single university contribution for the legal duration of the studies (6 years), financed byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and reserved for Italian, EU and equivalent candidates. 

For admission in the academic year 2023/2024 the first 2 successful candidates in the ranking of Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery, and the first winning candidate in the ranking of Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery-“MedTech”, with ISEE Right to Education not exceeding €45.000 (forty-five thousand/00)1, are beneficiaries respectively of 2 scholarships for Medicine and Surgery and 1 scholarship for "MedTech" equal to 100% of the single university contribution for the legal duration of studies (6 years). These grants are financed byUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and reserved for Italian, EU and equivalent candidates.
