Nine teams ready to play for the conquest of the title
12th November 2015 - The XX edition of the Marinozzi Tournament got underway on Monday 9 November at the Sport City courts. Nine participating teams: AC Beats (the reigning champions), The Merengues (finalists last year), FC Lebowski (3rd year of Industrial Engineering), RPC (1st year of Medicine and Surgery), Future Unemployed (1st year of Industrial Engineering), 300 cbm (team of employees), Borussia Pattarmud (6th year of Medicine and Surgery), Hertha Vernello (another team of the 6th year of Medicine and Surgery) and finally Infirmed (mixed team 1st of Nursing and 2nd and 3rd year of Medicine and Surgery).
All teams will meet each other in a single group, with one-way matches. At the end of this first phase, the ninth and last classified team will be eliminated, while the other eight, based on their position in the standings, will be divided into two mini-groups of four teams each with two-way matches, for a total of other six days. The first two classified in the groups will cross each other (the first against the second) for the semifinals, the winners will finally play the final in the first weeks of May. A tournament therefore as always long, but which promises to be more exciting than ever.
