Admissions are open for high school students
21 January 2020 - This year the competition for deserving students returns to its third edition, to which theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma offers full coverage of university fees together with an exclusive and personalized path. Born for Degree in Industrial Engineering, this year the path of excellence is also dedicated to bachelor's degree course in Food and Human Nutrition Sciences, the first of its students graduate, respectively with 5 places for the Bachelor's Degree in Engineering e 3 for that in Food and Nutrition.
An initiative that aims to select the most capable students in the last year of high school to allow them to access a path of excellence which, in addition to basic training, contemplates the possibility of building a personalized study plan, as much as possible transversal and interdisciplinary with exclusive activities conducted already from the first semester of lessons. All fully financed by the University through a scholarship to fully cover university fees for the three-year period.
The selection is rather rigid: in fact, students with a grade of not less than 8/10 in the third to last and penultimate year of high school can access the competition. The latter will have to undergo a written test to be held on February 21, 2020: the subjects are logic and verbal comprehension, mathematics and physics for Engineering, the same for Food and Human Nutrition Sciences with the addition of chemistry and biology. From 5 March 2020 instead there will be oral tests.
Students selected for the 2020-2021 academic year will also be entitled to a British Council course in preparation for the IELTS language certification, and participation in a summer school organized with academic institutions and other international organizations at the end of the three-year course.
