The 15th edition of "Sport, Art, Science, and Culture Week" returns, the annual initiative that brings together students, faculty, researchers, doctors, and University staff in a program of events dedicated to sports, culture, music, and reflection.

Until May 14th, the Campus hosts tournaments, shows, conferences and social gatherings Designed to enhance the human dimension of university life and promote the intersection of diverse skills, passions, and personal journeys. This now traditional event concretely expresses the University's educational vision: an education that combines scientific preparation, personal growth and a spirit of service.

Dedicated to Blessed Álvaro del Portillo, the inspirer of the Campus Bio-Medico and the first successor of St. Josemaría Escrivá at the helm of Opus Dei, the Week also represents an opportunity to reflect on the value of the university community and on the 'importance of always putting the person at the center.

Founded in 2012 in memory of the student Saverio Tombolini, who passed away prematurely, the initiative continues to preserve and revitalize a message of participation and solidarity. For the occasion, some educational activities give way to sporting, artistic, and cultural events that enliven the University spaces until late at night, fostering authentic connections and opportunities for discussion beyond academic pursuits.

The program, inaugurated on Monday 11 May with the Memorial Sergio Morini At the Sport City facilities, the program continues with events dedicated to sport and personal experiences. Wednesday, May 13th the CuBo Auditorium hosts the Conference "Training and Achievements: The Gratitude of the Journey", moderated by TG1 journalist Marco Franzelli, with the participation of Olympic and Paralympic champions such as Daniele Cassioli, Francesca and Giulia Lollobrigida and Eleonora Goldoni, testimonial of "We Football" and footballer for SS Lazio.

The same day continues with the "Musiform Concert", dedicated to Fabrizio De André, curated by singer-songwriter Luca Pugliese together with Rai journalists Max De Tomassi and Leonardo Metalli. The conclusion of the Week is entrusted to the "CAMPUS' GOT TALENT 2026", an evening that brings students and employees on stage engaged in artistic performances ranging from singing to acting, from music to stand-up comedy.

Among the most significant moments were those experienced on May 12, the feast day of Blessed Álvaro del Portillo, with the theatrical performance "Murder on the Orient Express", staged by the University theater group, and the Holy Mass celebrated in the Chapel of the University Hospital by Monsignor Havier del Castillo, Vicar General of the Prelature of Opus Dei.
