All initiatives UCBM in support of the Ukrainian people
As part of the solidarity initiatives in favor of the people hit hard by the conflict, theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma activated the Visiting program for Ukraine to allow professors and researchers working at Ukrainian universities to carry out teaching or research activities at the facilities UCBM. The mobility grants provide for a contribution for travel, transfer, board and lodging. Each candidate may apply for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a maximum of 6 months.
Applications must be submitted by 15 April 2022 with:

- curriculum vitae including the list of publications and teaching activities
Any unallocated funds will be available for subsequent calls that the International Relations Office will open on a monthly basis, according to the procedures set out in this decree and until the expiry of the program set for 15 October 2022.

Scholarships for Ukrainian students
L'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma has allocated 5 scholarships to Ukrainian boys and girls who can enroll in university courses UCBM starting from the current academic year, inclusive of board and lodging.

Collection of goods for Ukraine
At the behest of students, volunteers and Chaplaincy leaders, the collection of food, basic necessities and medicines has begun. The collection desk will be present from 15 to 23 March at the entrance to PRABB UCBM.

Fundraising promoted by Caritas
Students and employees UCBM have joined together in a fundraiser in support of the Ukrainian population promoted by Italian Caritas to prepare for the immediate needs of the populations victims of the conflict.

Elders and family assistants in the name of peace
Seniors from the day care centre, participants in training courses and some representatives of the palliative care centre UCBM they shared a moment of reflection on how to be builders of peace, each with their contribution in daily life. An olive tree was planted, a symbol of peace, rebirth and regeneration, where messages of hope were hung.

#Student4peace
UCBM take part in the #Student4peace challenge to say "Yes to peace, stop the war". In collaboration with the National Association of Headmasters of Rome and Lazio, school and university students gathered on social networks to collect thoughts on peace.
