> Registration
At the end of the admission procedure, the candidates winners of the III Session proceed with enrollment within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the merit ranking, carrying out the actions indicated below and following the "registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of registrations on the competition web page accessible fromhttps://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:
to. create the student's credentials on the University computer system;
b. with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay €2.140,00 (two thousand one hundred and forty/00) as the first installment of the single university contribution including the regional tax for the right to study[1];
c. deliver or send to the Student Secretariat, via fax to the number 06.225411939 or via PEC [email protected], within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the merit ranking:
- the receipt certifying payment of the first installment of the single contribution including the regional tax for the right to education (letter b);
- the registration form duly completed in its entirety and signed;
- the ofchiarasubstitute for obtaining the Higher Secondary Education Diploma with indication of the relevant mark, year and Institute that issued it, possibly accompanied bychiaration of value in the case of foreign qualifications;
- renunciation of studies or authorization to transfer in case of enrollment at another University based on the specific legislation in force.
The winning candidate who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b) and c) within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the merit ranking is automatically considered to have renounced.
Upon completion of the registration of the successful candidates, i suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the ranking order.
Those eligible are informed of the assignment of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.
If there are remaining places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice contains the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions in the ranking indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them in the following ways:
the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 13.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 13.00 pm (CET) of the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods referred to in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.
It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time.
With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article, under no circumstances will the single contribution paid be refunded.
[1] The amount of the second installment of the single university contribution, equal to €2.000,00 (two thousand/00), must be paid by 23 January 2025; the amount of the third installment of the single university contribution, equal to €2.000,00 (two thousand /00), must be paid by 10 April 2025. The amount of the regional tax for the Right to University Education equal to €140,00, 00 (one hundred and forty/) may undergo variations depending on resolutions of the Lazio Region.

Please note that the Italian text shall constitute the sole authentic text and will be referred to for any legal matter. The English version has NO legal value and cannot be used for any legal purpose. In case of discrepancies between the Italian text and the English translation, the Italian version prevails.
> REQUIREMENTS
Admission to the Bachelor's Degree Program in Biomedical Engineering requires the knowledge of English, at least B2 level of CEFR attested by one of the language certifications listed in Annex B, which is part of the call for admission.
> ENROLLMENTS
The winning candidates of the III Session must proceed to enrollment not later than 5 (five) working days after the publication of the merit ranking (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays). To enroll correctly, each candidate has to follow the “enrolment instructions” that will be published on the following website https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:
- create the student's credentials on the University platform;
- with the student's credentials, login to the reserved area and pay of € 2.140,00 (two thousand one hundred and forty/00)[1] equal to the amount of the first tuition includeding the tax for the Right for higher education;
- send or deliver to Student Services Office by fax to (+39) 225411939 or by certified mail to [email protected] no later than 5 working days after the publication of the merit ranking (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays).
- the payment receipt of the regional tax for the Right to higher education;
- the enrollment form duly completed and signed in all its parts;
- a self-declaration of achievement of the Diploma of Higher Secondary Education with indication of the grade, year and Institute that issued it, with a declaration of value in case of foreign educational qualifications;
- the withdrawal from studies or no impediment to transfer in case of enrollment at another University
[1] The amount of the second installation of the tuition fee, equal to €2,000.00 (two thousand/00), must be paid by 23rd January 2025; the amount of the third installation of the tuition fee, equal to €2,000.00 (two thousand/00), must be paid by 10th April 2025.
The winning candidate who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the aforementioned points (a), (b) and (c), no later than 5 working days after the publication of the merit ranking (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays), shall be automatically deemed withdrawn.
Eligible candidates compete for any remaining places (not allocated to winning candidates) in order of the merit ranking. Notice of remaining places is normally published on Tuesdays and Fridays (except for Italian holidays). The notice indicates the positions in the merit ranking that are allowed to enroll and the date from which the candidates have to communicate the acceptance of the offered place.
It is the candidate's own responsibility to check in due time the communications published by University on the website.
With reference to the whole enrollment procedure referred to in this Article 7, no reimbursement of the tuition fee paid shall be made.
