In the years in which I have been involved in consultancy in the process sectors of companies in the food sector, I have developed particular attention to the circular economy of processes, transforming many of the company "costs" into "resources". For some years I have been dealing with strategic consultancy in the sustainability sectors: supplies, processes and optimizations, technologies, always guaranteeing Food Defense and Food Security.
I followed around 300 companies in the food sector by studying processes and optimizing them in order to manage a better product with a high-performance process.
