Il Board of Directors of theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, which met today, approved the composition of the new academic team that will support the Rector, prof. Rocco Papalia, in the implementation of the strategic lines of its mandate starting from 1 November 2025.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors expressed its heartfelt thanks to prof. Eugenio Guglielmelli, for the commitment and dedication with which he has led the University in recent years, and to all the members of the Academic Council, Faculty Boards and Rector's Delegates who have contributed with commitment to the development of teaching, research, and the third mission, laying a solid foundation for the University's future growth.
The new academic team will be composed of:
- Emiliano Schena, Pro-Rector for Teaching
- Sara Ramella, Vice-Rector Third Mission
- Simonetta Filippi, Vice-Rector for Internationalization
- Leandro Pecchia, Vice-Rector for Research
- Bruno Vincenzi, Dean of the Departmental Faculty of Medicine and Surgery
- Alessio Gizzi, Dean of the Departmental Faculty of Ingengineering
- Chiara Fanali, Dean of the Departmental Faculty of Science and Technology for Sustainable Development and One Health
Le Faculty Boards complete the new academic organization of the University.
