After the master's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition
Beatrice Bertozzi, graduated fromUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, continued his passion for scientific research by first collaborating with the Washington University in St. Louis negli United States and later a Lübeck, in Germany where he currently carries out a PhD at the university hospital. Beatrice has chosen to embark on the path of clinical research in endocrinology and nutrition. The scientific research led the recent graduate to work in Nottingham, UK and Copenhagen, Denmark for important collaborations.

Have as many experiences as possible so as to understand with serenity what your personal and professional path will be to undertake" she recommended Beatrice to new students UCBM. In fact, the university environment offered her precious opportunities for international exchanges: in Kenya, in Eldoret to collaborate with the local hospital and orphanage and in Spain, at the University of Navarra, to follow a research project on personalized nutrition .
