The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) has published the new Call for joint research projects between Italy and Poland within the "Canaletto" Program for the two-year period 2025-2026.
The objective of the call is to promote the bilateral exchange of researchers between the two countries in one of the following thematic areas:
- Agriculture and food
- Sustainable environment
- Health and life sciences
- Nano-sciences and advanced materials
- Astrophysics
For Italy the following are eligible: Principal Investigator that:
- have at least a doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent)
- have Italian citizenship or another EU country, provided they are legally resident in Italy;
- are members of the affiliated staff of an Italian university or research body, public or private (non-profit);
- hold a permanent or temporary position within the candidate research institution that covers at least the first year of the project.
The deadline for the tender is June 17, 2024.
