They coordinate the selection process to ensure effective coverage of positions and professional roles, with a careful analysis of the required skills and the development of adequate job descriptions. They support the Executive Committee and the Operational Managements in proposing action plans and policies aimed at improving organizational efficiency; suggest the adoption of overall strategies for all staff; coordinate actions and events for staff training and development purposes. They prepare proposals to the Government Bodies of UCBM to ensure the implementation of tools for evaluation and merit plans consistent with the organizational structure, functional to the development, enhancement of resources and the achievement of management results. They develop remuneration policies, implementing incentive systems in line with the University guidelines. Together with the departments concerned, they ensure transversal guidelines, initiatives and projects, to achieve and maintain a positive climate of motivation and efficiency.
