Graduate UCBM in Medicine and Surgery
Luca Ambrosio, young specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, has won the 2020 Research Traveling Fellowship from the North American Spine Society (NASS).
A very important recognition that will allow him to spend 6 months at the Tokai University Global in Tokyo, where he will be able to work alongside Daisuke Sakai, an internationally renowned professor.
"Here in UCBM I received high-level interdisciplinary training. This allowed me to learn both the basics of scientific research and those of clinical and surgical practice. I would like to sincerely thank the professors Vincenzo Denaro e Rocco Papalia but above all my mentor, Gianluca Vadalà, who provided me with all the tools to be able to reach this goal” Luke said.
The goal at the end of the fellowship is tochiaraI'm specializing in it "will be to acquire a translational and multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of spinal pathologies thanks to the know-how that I will bring from this experience".
