December 10, 2015 - The workshop scheduled for Tuesday 15 December at 11 in the Aula Magna del Trapezio is dedicated to "The communication of food products between international and European rules". It will be introduced by prof Laura De Gara, of the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, while the reports will be by Paolo Patruno, Deputy Secretary General Clitravi (Liaison Center for the Meat Processing Industry in the EU) and Advisor to Federalimentare and Chiara Di Stefano, Policy Advisor European Affairs, Ferrero. They will conclude the workshop Emanuele Marconi e Francesco Bruno (University of Molise and Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome).
